Dear Mt. Kinabalu family,

Me and My wife would like to thank your professional team for full organise and help during this climb up and down. Our climb took last week 29-30.03 under supervisory by fantastic guide Ananias Makim.

There is two reasons to write and I ask you to forward this to Ananias.

First – I’d like to apologise in front of Ananias because our last 3 kilometres down was very painful for me and mood was not the best and therefore final words and impressions was not properly shared. I was simply angry to myself that is was so difficult to me.

Secondly – I’m very thankful for professional guide Ananias help and friendliness all the way up and down. Took care in every step our safety and support exactly as much as needed.

I also added one 1 best pictures taken of us, by Ananias, So we are very happy.

We wish You all the best and successful trips up and down in the future also :-)

Yes we are still in Borneo enjoying the east coast in Little Hong Kong Sandakan.

The service we received from the entire team at Amazing Borneo Tours was first class. From Judith while we were booking through to Roy and Calvin on the tours we took and the staff on the sunset cruise were amazing and well trained.

I would like to make special mention of Roy who was the standout amongst all. His personality is an asset to your company. Also his plant knowledge is exceptional. I am a horticulturist from Australia and was blown away by how much he knew, if your not careful I will give him a job back home.

Judith was also very responsive to all queries, bookings and last minute queries.

I must say that the tour was impeccable with its quality regarding comfortness, safety, and fun. Especially cleanness of the boat impressed me. When we arrived at Gaya island I saw our boat was most spacious one comparing to other boats around there. Equipment were in great condition either. During the snorkeling, I was particularly happy with prepared coffee and snacks because they were really something I'd like to have after floating on the sea for a while.

We left the Gaya island on 14:30 and when we came back to our apartment and sat on the sofa it was 15:00. Such kinds of remarkable and well organized tour process makes your tour special. You may also know better than me that not wasting time on the road is important to tourists whose especially came to KK for piece of rest. We would definetely choose your tour when we will come again and I've already recommended amazing borneo to my friends.

Everything was perfect from the start (making enquiries) and to the end of our tours. We truly had a wonderful time during our short stay in Sabah. Kudos to Joel who has been with us through out the entire 3 days of our tours. My boys enjoyed his company very much. Absolutely No complaint. Keep up the good works Amazing Borneo. Would definitely recommend your company to friends and relatives who wish to visit Sabah.

Thanks for the email. We're currently in Hanoi, Vietnam! Travelling for six months in total, and so far Borneo was our favourite destination.

We absolutely loved our tour with Amazing Borneo. We had done some other tours with different companies, and yours really stood out as being more efficient, professional and fun. Our guide, Abdul, was absolutely brilliant. Very knowledgable and friendly. The accommodation at Bilit was amazing, and the food was great.

We really enjoyed the number of times we got to go on the river safari - we managed to see all of the 'Big 5' animals.

The whole tour was really enjoyable. The Four Points in Sandakan was the nicest hotel we had ever stayed in, and it was nice of you to pay for our airport transfer, even though it was the day after the tour ended.

I would give Amazing Borneo a 5/5. Carlotte, the lady who first emailed me to arrange the tour, was also brilliant. We left you a Tripadvisor review, too. Thank you for the experience!

The climb itself was amazing. Specially thanks to our guide, Johnson Ghani. He was attentive and very helpful and take great pictures too. The entire trip with Amazing Borneo was wonderful! Everything was just perfect. The team are really professional. Transport, hostel and food as well were all well arranged.The accommodation was fine, and the food was excellent.
 
Once again thanks to everyone from Amzing Borneo team. I will definitely recommend Amazing Borneo to all my friends who want to climb the Mount Kinabalu.
 

After being here in Malaysia for more then 2 years I was very happy to find everything working so perfect on all the points when dealing with Amazing Borneo.
It was a fantastic arrangement and everything went according to the plan. The hotels and the Kinabalu Park was great. The guides that was taking us to the summit was outstanding - helping the group to achieve their maximum.

I will for sure highly recommend Amazing Borneo to whoever I know that will need some travel arrangement when going to Borneo.

Many thanks for your E-mail asking for my feedback for the tour to the Mount Kinabalu Climb fixed on 2017-05-16/17, I have returned to Hong Kong last Friday.

From the first enquiry for the tour in December 2016 and the tour finished on 17/5, this year, your staff, including the Sales Team, Operation Team, as well as the drivers on 16/5 (to Mount Kinabalu) and 17/5 (return to my hotel) are very professional, helpful and polite. I have joined diffrent travel agencies for the climb of Mt. Kinabalu twice in 2014 and 2016 respectively, they were unlike your company which is very professional and caring to your customers at every stages. For the past 2 climbs in 2014 and 2016, I failed to reach the submit because of the heavy rain. This year, I have finally reached the submit sucessfully. May I take this opportunity to convey my sincere thanks to your staff, especially to Erica, the Sale Team and the drivers ( I think they are attached to the Operation Team ?) for their assistance and excellent services when I was in Sabah. I will surely introduce your company to my friends in Hong Kong or overseas if they intend to visit Sabah in future.

I would like to thank to everyone in Amazing Borneo. Because everyone has played their roles especially the mountain guider who was very patient and keep on encouraging us on climbing. The truth is without him (Danson) we both couldn't climb up to summit because I almost fall in sick. I seriously would like to thank him for helping me a lot. I ever seen a guider like him.

Amazing Borneo was Super in handling and preparing the stuffs for the clients. I like all of your services. I couldn't the ladies name which was welcoming us at KNP. They also very nice. We enjoyed our first time mountain hiking at KK. We will come again there.

I just feel sad that not enough time to go Ferrata: Can I go just for Ferrata next time?
