• It is compulsory to hire a Licensed Tourist Guide for every Tour Bus chartered under the MOTAC/Authorities act. Tour vans holding 7 persons or more also require an accompanying Licensed Tourist Guide. Our company will not be responsible for any penalty imposed for any violation of such Act.
• Tour Guide services are available as below: 
  • Non-Overnight Tour Guide Services
    ** Meals of guide and driver to be covered by charterer during charter period.
    • MYR 200 per Local Licensed Guide (Per Day)
  • Overnight Tour Guide Services
    **Meals & Accommodation of guide and driver to be covered by charterer during charter period.
    • MYR 450 per Local Licensed Guide (Overnight 2D1N Tour)

For airport transfer, please state your arrival/departure flight details at the time of reservation. Transfer arrangements will not be provided for bookings with missing or inaccurate arrival/departure information and there will be no refund for unused services. 

If your flight is rescheduled to a later time or you wish to change the pickup time, you are required to inform us at least 24 hours prior to your departure or at the time of your knowledge. All ground arrangement is made in advance, hence the change request is subject to seat availability. Otherwise, it will be treated as “no show” and there will be no refund for unused portion.

• For Airport pick up, our driver or representative will greet and meet you at the airport arrival hall. Do look out for a placard with Amazing Borneo logo. Should you be unable to locate our representative or the appointed meeting place, please call the relevant telephone number stated on the voucher before making alternative arrangements.
• The waiting time is 1 hour after your flight lands. Should you no show up after that, customer support will attempt to contact you. If you cannot be contacted, it will be considered “no show” and the driver will leave. 
• Airport transfer pickup applies for only 1 flight arrival timing. Should there be multiple flight arrivals with distinctive timing, it will be considered as a separate booking.

• For hotel pick up, do arrive at the hotel lobby on time. 
• During peak seasons, do expect some delays as there may be bad traffic conditions.
• Pick up transfers from your hotel to Kota Kinabalu International Airport are arranged at the following times (subject to peak hour traffic conditions):  
  • KK City Hotel pickup @ 2 - 2.5 hours prior to your flight departure time 
  • 1Borneo Hotel pickup @ 2.5 - 3 hours prior to your flight departure time 
  • Outskirt Hotel pickup @ 3 - 3.5 hours prior to your flight departure time 
    (Outskirt Areas: Shangri-La's Rasa Ria Resort, Nexus Resort Karambunai, Tuaran Beach Resort, Mimpian Jadi Resort, around Lokawi, Kinarut or Bongawan areas and others beyond 20km radius. Please enquire with us if you are unsure your hotel's location is within KK City or Outskirt)
• Should you be unable to locate our representative or the appointed meeting place, please call the relevant telephone number stated on the voucher before making alternative arrangements.

• 50% Midnight Surcharge rates is applicable for transfers between 22:00 - 08:00 hrs daily. 
• 50% Peak Season Surcharge is applicable for festive season.

• Before placing bookings, do take into account your luggage size due to limited space available based on the type of vehicle. 
• The stated maximum capacity per vehicle is based on the number of persons a vehicle can accommodate excluding luggage. For your comfort, we would recommend you to book a larger vehicle if you are bringing bigger than recommended luggage size with you.
