It definitely lived up to expectations
We had a fantastic time in Borneo, it definitely lived up to expectations and we would gladly recommend you as a tour operator. We really enjoyed our Kinabalu experience - Rony (forgive me if I've spelt his name wrong) our guide was excellent and really made a huge effort to guarantee us a great time, like finding a secret spot on the mountain for sunrise without anyone else around, and taking the best photos of us. Here's a photo of him with Kinabalu's shadow in the background - please feel free to send it to him if you can!

The trip was fantastic without any hiccups
I would say the trip was fantastic without any hiccups. Nastashyia is very prompt and responsive. Other office members are also very helpful. All other members were very satisfied with the arrangement. Thank you! We recommend your tour to other friends. Since I didn't manage to climb up to summit I may come back next year.

I would like to praise on your staff - Miss Nastashyia as she serve very well during the NATAS fair, and she is a kind and helpful lady as she is trying to fulfill my require and enquiry, secondly I would thank you for the arrangement for the 2d1n trip in KK, our driver cum guide - Miss Anita is a very kind and courtesy lady, she drive very carefully and cautious during the trip and she do very well explanation on everything and question that we ask her, also, she bought us for visit the world largest flower - Rafflesia, its make our trip more perfect, I would certainly choose Amazing Borneo during my trip in Sabah again and of course will recommend to my friend who is going, thank you very much.

I highly recommend using them for Borneo tours bookings
I had a wonderful experience dealing with the staff at Amazing Borneo Tours during my recent booking to climb mount Kota Kinabalu -- a very professional and friendly staff that responded quickly (within hours in many cases) to emails or inquiries regarding the trip. I especially like the fact that they have a hotline that customers can reach their staff 24 hours. I had a chance to test their hotline service yesterday when I realized, after we were dropped off at our hotel for the journey back home, that i had left my phone (with all the photos i took of the trip) in one of their vans. I called the hotline, and told them the driver's name (Brian), within minutes i got a call back from Brian who informed me that he would be returning to hotel to give the phone. That is just one example of the character of their staff. I highly recommend using them for Borneo tours bookings.
