• For Half day Charter & Full Day Charter
  • Above rates are applicable for hiring between 07:00hrs - 22:00hrs. Extra hour charge be determined upon adhoc basis.
• For 2D1N Charter
  • Above rates are applicable for maximum 8 hours driving time only. Extra hour charge be determined upon adhoc basis.
• Any side trips or requests not stipulated above are subject to request and additional charge.
• Vehicle charter is based on selected vehicle type with a driver only.
• Child below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  
• Baby Car Seats (for infant aged 0-2) and Child Booster Seats (for children aged 3-11) are available for rental. Please check with your tour consultant for availability.
• Should you be unable to locate our representative or the appointed meeting place, please call the relevant telephone number stated on the voucher before making alternative arrangement.
• Amazing Borneo Tours reserves the right to alter routes, timetables and itineraries reserved should conditions beyond our control render it necessary.
• For all land transfers, the ground operator will make the arrangement in advance. Should you need to change the pickup time, please ensure the ground operator is informed at least 24 hours prior to your departure. The change request is subject to seat availability.
