Communication has been brilliant. I had to reorganise my tour shortly before it commenced, which is normally impossible, but because I had proof of ongoing flights and commitments, the agency passed this on to the organisers on my behalf and got it approved. They’ve been really helpful, and I can’t wait to commence the tour in less than two weeks’ time! Thanks a lot for your help!

EDIT: We just returned from our trip. Everything went super smooth. Even when our domestic flight had a 2-hour delay, I was able to stay in touch with the agency and their pick-up service, who ensured they would be waiting for us at the airport in Kota Kinabalu. I highly recommend Amazing Borneo Tours. Once again, shout out to Anthony for his individualized and very attentive service.

Book for my parents. Joey, sales person is very responsive. She will listen to my need and will try to arrange. She even took the initiative to meet my parents at the hotel. Speak Chinese very well. Tan, tour guide is very accommodating and caring. He took care of my parents very well during the trip, even some minor things is being look-at to make sure my parents is very comfortable during the trip. We chartered a customised 7 day tour with Amazing Borneo and had an incredible holiday! Our guide (Gavin) was professional, friendly, attentive and displayed an amazing knowledge of the local geography, history, flora and fauna. He also made suggestions based on our interests and made special arrangements for us when we made a last minute request to try out the ATVs. He also brought us to see the rafflesia in its first day of bloom. Activities we managed to do in a week include: canopy walk, waterfall hike, river fish spa, parasailing, snorkeling, sea walking, and plenty of hiking. Highly recommend this tour agent.

Amazing Borneo Tours booked me on a dive boat, Sea Tango. It was fabulous. Very highly qualified dive masters and boat captain. I would dive with them again!
