We used your company to book a trip to Mantanani Island in June staying at the Backpackers resort there. The trip went really well and we were amazed how organized the system works. Our boat was on time and the operators very professional, our accommodation was what we were expecting and the only thing that happened that you could not do anything about it was the wind in the afternoon. Our trip back was catered for by another operator, however ABT must have talked to someone to arrange that so before we knew it, we were on a luxury bus that dropped us off in KK and another mini bus dropped us off at the hotel. How does all that happen??? thank you once again for helping us have a sensational stay in KK.

We really enjoyed our trip to Sandakan and were very impressed with the tour overall. We were very happy with the service level supplied by the various guides we had. Perhaps it would have been nice to have just one guide throughout the tour rather than have three. The trip to Turtle Island was very well organized and we were very excited to see the turtle come in and lay her eggs. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side that evening so we were prevented from seeing the young turtles being released into the ocean and the ranger depositing the eggs into the hatchery but this was due to the storm! Our favorite part was definitely the extra morning river cruise we arranged from the Bilit Lodge, we really enjoyed all the wildlife spotting! Thank you very much for arranging a great trip for us.

When we booked our climb with Amazing Borneo Tours, I was sent a very detailed itinerary of our climb up Mt. Kinabalu. Ours was to be a 2day climb, with the trek up to Laban Rata on Day 1, and the Summit climb on Day 2. We'd landed in Kota Kinabalu the day before, and so had arranged for the tour company to pick us up from our hotel at 6.30am for the 2 hour drive up to Kinabalu Park. At the park entrance, we rented ourselves a walking stick each @10RM (trust me, it comes in VERY handy during the trek down the mountain).

We flew from Singapore to Kota Kinabalu for a few days. We went on a tour with Amazing Borneo (www.amazing-borneo.com) and they were amazing! I would highly recommend travelling with them. On the first day they brought us up the mountain and we visited an upside down house, went to the local markets, had a tour around Kinablu park, went on a canopy walk and the hot springs. The tour guide was so nice and slowed down so we could take photos and brought us to a village even though it wasn't part of the package haha. He was great.

We used these guys for our first ever trip up KK mountain.. I booked at the very last minute and they accommodated us perfectly.. everything they said, they did without fail.. we also has a private guide to take us up and back for the 2 day climb.. like clock work everything was perfect. People are all friendly and very helpful.Dan our driver on the way back from the climb even pointed out some interesting things for us to do. I told him we like to be on my own and do our own thing.. not a tour type person and he pointed me in the right direction.. an excellent guy. Amazing Borneo also has many other tours that just climbing KK.. I would recommend them for anything .. they are honest and professional.

I had my tour just booked a day before departure - the team of Amazing Borneo Tours was very quick and helpful - they confirmed everything within few hours and they even helped us to get an alternative lodge at the River. We did the 3days/2nights Turtle island / Sepilog / River / Cave tour and we were taken care very well from pick-up at the airport to drop-off three days later. Turtle island was a wonderful experience and is a perfect example how Eco-tourism can help to protect endangered species. Everything was well arranged and on time - I would not hesitate to book another tour with Amazing Borneo Tours again.

4-day trip to Danum Valley-perfect handling

Last year we booked with Amazing Borneo a trip to a lodge on river Kinabatangan-this year a 4-day trip to Borneo Rainforest Lodge in Danum Valley. The agency handled everything with the same perfection as experienced last year. All informations and booking procedures for the trip were executed by quick responses via e-mail. Some days before the trip we visited their office in KK and met the persons in charge. It is not always easy and reliable to book such trips if you reside in another continent. But with this agency- now second time- we felt in safe hands. Same is true about evry detail regarding the execution of the trip itself: meeting at airport, transfer by 4-wheel drive in good condition, guide, day and night trecks, food- everything of high quality. Highly recommended.

Our company retreat of 60 staffs had an enjoyable 3 days 2 night trip to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah with Amazing Borneo. It was a sudden decision to go Sabah for the company trip, with so many of us and the budget given, I didn't know where to begin with. Perry, our sales coordinator from Amazing Borneo patiently giving me suggestions on the activities we can do. Our guides Ryan and Belle were helpful and informative. They had also helped us arrange additional shopping trips during our stay. Ryan and Belle had also joined us in our Kiulu Water Rafting and we had a lot of fun. On our last day in KK, we were brought to Mamutik Island for team building activities and snorkeling. We were so excited to see the fishes. Overall we enjoyed the trip very much and would love to go KK again.
