I would like to say a big thank you to your team for organising a fantastic tour for our group of 4. All of us made it to the summit!

Big thanks to Joel and team for picking us up from the airport and being extremely helpful and friendly.

I'd also like to extend my deep gratitude to Freendy Sundang, our guide. He was very helpful and he was very patient with our group even when my friend was a lot slower, Freendy encouraged her and helped her make it to the summit. When she was too tired to make the descent from Laban Rata to the base, Freendy made arrangements to have her assisted down, while at the same time still managing to follow the other three of us who made it down ourselves. It was great to have Freendy around to help us and his cheerfulness and good humour were deeply appreciated. Please extend our commendation and deepest thanks.

All in, the teams were very professional, the buses were in fantastic condition with little extras like bottled water, USB charging - all this made our group very comfortable and at home.

I have recommended Amazing Borneo to all my friends who are considering making their trip to Mt Kinabalu as I am sure they will enjoy the hospitality afforded by the team and make it as unforgettable a trip as we had.

Our experience with Amazing Borneo was top notch. I genuingly can't recommend you guys enough and the whole process was friendly, quick and very easy. Having never booked tours abroad ourselves before, it was a little daunting looking into it but from first contact we felt completely at ease and were 100% happy with the service that we received. I'm actually planning some travels to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos next year and wondered if you have any companies affiliated with you there? I will certainly recommend you to anyone we know travelling to Borneo and if we ever so make it back (I really hope we do) we wouldn't hesitate to book through you again.

We are generally quite pleased with Amazing Borneo’s service level, including booking process, responsiveness and the tour itself. And we certainly appreciated the taxi arrangement when coming back down to the Park HQ, so that we didn’t have to wait at all to get to our hotel in KK. Well done!

Hello, I enjoy my tour so much and i've recommended to all my friends about your website. Every process start from booking processes to the tour itself is superb. Clean and smooth. I think you guys should sell altitude sickness pill, since I myself can't find it before the climb up , end up wit headache but i've managed to reached the low's peak summit. :) I think thats all. We were very happy using your company.

It was really nice being picked up at the hotel, and taken back the following day. It was also nice that you guys took care of all the paper work etc.

We had a really good guide up/down the mountain, but we would have liked just a bit more information from the guide about the trip up the mountain (how long is the route, how will we get there, is it your first time up the mountain etc).

Overall it was 95% perfect, so thank you guys very much.

We really enjoyed our Mount Kinabalu trek – everything from pick up ran smoothly. And our guide was I would go as far as saying the best guide we’ve had on any sort of tour across the world. We really enjoyed his company.

Steve and I had a great time on the climb and have returned with lots of great pictures and unforgettable memories.

I have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience.  Registering and payment was clear, with easy to follow instructions and deadlines on the website.  Expectations and inclusions were clearly stated and your team delivered exactly what they promised.  I thought that everyone from the customer service before the trip, to the drivers there and back, to the guide, to the people at the Laban Rata lodge were all extremely friendly, helpful and did whatever they could to make it the best trip possible.  We didn't get to do the Via Ferrata, which was unfortunate, but we understood that the weather conditions at the time were not suitable for a safe experience.  (we're only disappointed with the weather, not with the decision to cancel it). 

We also very much appreciated how accommodating your team was in rescheduling our trip after the earthquake cancelled our original dates.  I'm sure it was a tough time to deal with everything there in KK as well as all the guests that had already booked trips.  It was handled very well.

So, thanks again and I hope we'll get a chance to try the via ferrata some other time.
