Hello, I enjoy my tour so much and i've recommended to all my friends about your website. Every process start from booking processes to the tour itself is superb. Clean and smooth. I think you guys should sell altitude sickness pill, since I myself can't find it before the climb up , end up wit headache but i've managed to reached the low's peak summit. :) I think thats all. We were very happy using your company.

It was really nice being picked up at the hotel, and taken back the following day. It was also nice that you guys took care of all the paper work etc.

We had a really good guide up/down the mountain, but we would have liked just a bit more information from the guide about the trip up the mountain (how long is the route, how will we get there, is it your first time up the mountain etc).

Overall it was 95% perfect, so thank you guys very much.

I have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience.  Registering and payment was clear, with easy to follow instructions and deadlines on the website.  Expectations and inclusions were clearly stated and your team delivered exactly what they promised.  I thought that everyone from the customer service before the trip, to the drivers there and back, to the guide, to the people at the Laban Rata lodge were all extremely friendly, helpful and did whatever they could to make it the best trip possible.  We didn't get to do the Via Ferrata, which was unfortunate, but we understood that the weather conditions at the time were not suitable for a safe experience.  (we're only disappointed with the weather, not with the decision to cancel it). 

We also very much appreciated how accommodating your team was in rescheduling our trip after the earthquake cancelled our original dates.  I'm sure it was a tough time to deal with everything there in KK as well as all the guests that had already booked trips.  It was handled very well.

So, thanks again and I hope we'll get a chance to try the via ferrata some other time.

We were very well taken care of with Amazing Borneo Tours! Special thanks to our amazing guide Wilfred Justin Shafi. We think that everything was organized very well during our 2 days 1 night climbing. The food was tasty and Laban Rata was much more what we expected. We were not sure, if there will be showers etc. so we were positively surprised because there was and you were also able to buy water and snacks from there!

It was our first time to climb on a mountain and Amazing Borneo Tours can be proud about that they made us to feel so amazed and thrilled about it, we found a sparkle and would be happy to climb some day again.

I'm glad to have chosen Amazing Borneo for my trip to Kota Kinabalu last weekend (13- 17 Aug 2015). My friend and I wasn't able to climb Mt Kinabalu this time round. Hence, we decided to do 3 land tours: 1. White water rafting- Kiulu, 2. Little Kinabatangan- wildlife and fireflies cruise, and 3. Twin Island hopping.

The customer service provided by the tour guides were commendable! Our guides, Stephanie, Roy, and Belle were approachable, friendly, and excited to share about Kota Kinabalu. They went the extra mile by sharing with us about the culture, the nice restaurants and interesting places to visit within the city. During snorkeling, my friend had a mild jelly fish sting and Roy was quick to get some vinegar to soothe the wound. I greatly appreciate the care and attention your staffs have provided to make this a memorable and pleasant trip.

I'm very satisfied with the service provided and will highly recommend Amazing Borneo to my friends if they were to head to Kota Kinabalu for a trip. Keep up the great work! =)
