Day 1

Miri Airport / Hotel Check-In / Half-Day Meeting / Seafood Dinner

(Note: The itinerary provided is a sample and may be adjusted to suit your company’s objectives, schedule, or team preferences. All activities, meals, and sessions can be tailored upon request to ensure the best possible experience for your group.)

Upon arrival at Miri Airport, your group will be welcomed by our team and transferred via private, air-conditioned transport to your hotel. Check-in will be arranged at the centrally located 4-star Mercure Miri City Centre (or similar grade), offering comfort and convenience in the heart of the city. 

After settling in, your team will proceed to a half-day meeting session complete with one tea break and lunch, held in a fully equipped conference facility. This segment is perfect for kickstarting strategic discussions or introducing the objectives of your corporate retreat. 

In the evening, enjoy a group seafood dinner at one of Miri’s local restaurants – ideal for informal bonding after a productive day.

Full-Day Teambuilding / Gala Dinner

Start the day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel before departing for the teambuilding venue. The entire day will be dedicated to a professionally guided teambuilding experience, led by first-aid trained facilitators. 

Activities are designed to challenge, engage, and strengthen communication and trust within your team. All materials are provided, and reward elements are included to spark friendly competition. 

A lunch break will be arranged at the venue to keep your team energised throughout the day. 

After returning to the city centre in the late afternoon, your team will enjoy a customisable Gala Dinner – a chance to celebrate team achievements, recognise outstanding individuals, and close the day on a high note.

Day 3

Free & Easy OR Optional Tour / Departure

Enjoy breakfast at your own pace and make the most of your final morning in Miri. 

This day is free and easy, with the option to include a guided local tour to explore Miri’s attractions – such as Niah Caves, Canada Hill, and more – before departing. 

Depending on your flight schedule, we will coordinate your return airport transfer. Our team will ensure a smooth check-out and departure, bringing your Sarawak corporate retreat to a successful close.

  • Effective as of 1st September 2017, the Tourism and Culture Ministry of Malaysia has implemented Malaysian Tourism Tax (TTx). Foreign tourists are required to pay a flat rate of RM10/room/night regardless of the star level of the accommodation. The TTx is to be paid upon check-in. Malaysians or permanent residents residing in Malaysia are exempted from TTx and is required to present a valid identification upon check-in for the exemption.
