View our list of available tour packages and accommodations. When you have selected the packages or accommodations you like, just click on the "Submit Enquiry" button displayed on all tour packages or hotel details. Feel free to make enquiries, we will be happy to assist!

You can add more than 1 tour package or hotel accommodations to your planner. When you are ready to book, simply click on the "Submit Reservation" button and you will be asked for your contact information and payment method. For some tour packages like Mount Kinabalu Climb, you may just click on "Submit Enquiry" or send it directly to [email protected]

Upon confirmation of availability, based on the payment option you have selected, a payment advice will provided. Upon confirmation of payment from our Bank or Credit Card Service Provider, a receipt & final itinerary will be emailed to you.

Once availability is confirmed, a secure payment link will be provided to complete your booking.

Amazing Borneo offers a variety of payment options for both local and international travellers:

  • Online Bank Transfer or Telegraphic Transfer to our Malaysian Bank Account (MYR)
  • Direct Bank-In or Telegraphic Transfer to our Singapore Bank Account (SGD)
  • Telegraphic Transfer to our Malaysian USD Bank Account (USD)
    An additional USD 25 processing fee applies per transaction.
  • Credit Card Payment (MYR)
    A 3% payment processing fee applies.
  • 0% Instalment Plan via selected Maybank and Hong Leong credit cards issued in Malaysia (MYR)

For standard tour bookings, a 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining 50% balance due 45 days before the tour starts. For last-minute bookings made within 45 days of travel, full payment is required to secure the booking.

Mount Kinabalu climb bookings may have different deposit requirements, with standard climb packages requiring a 50% deposit and Via Ferrata packages requiring a 70% deposit for advance reservations.

Cancellation charges depend on how many days before the tour Amazing Borneo receives your written cancellation notice.

For standard tours, 50% of the tour cost is forfeited for cancellations made 30 days or more before departure, increasing to 75% for 15 to 29 days, 85% for 8 to 14 days, 95% for 4 to 7 days, and 100% for less than 4 days or no-show. Third-party services such as flights, hotels, or lodges may follow their own cancellation terms.

No. Tipping is not compulsory and is entirely at your discretion. If you receive excellent service from your guide or driver, a gratuity is always appreciated but never expected.
