Then, navigate the rock corridors of Paku Rock Maze Garden, surrounded by lush greenery and natural intrigue. Your expert guide will share insights into each site’s unique formations and history.

Cap off your adventure at Siniawan Chinese Heritage Bazaar, a charming riverside town revived by its weekend night market. Wander past traditional shophouses, visit a local temple, and indulge in a “food hunt” featuring barbecued meats, dumplings, noodles, and the rare pitcher plant lemang. This tour offers a true taste of Sarawak’s diverse landscapes, living heritage, and flavourful street food.

Day 1

Kuching / Serikin Border Weekend Market / Fairy Cave / Wind Cave / Paku Rock Maze Garden / Siniawan Chinese Heritage Bazaar

09:00 Hrs: Meet at your hotel lobby and transfer 1.5 hours to Serikin, a small Bidayuh town located along the border between Malaysia and Indonesia. 

Browse stalls at the Serikin Border Weekend Market, held every Saturday and Sunday, selling textiles, handicrafts, clothing, and fresh produce. 

Engage with the local vendors to learn about their traditions and ways of life, influenced by culture and practices from both sides of the border. 

Take a 30-minute drive to Fairy Cave to explore stunning limestone formations while enjoying the serene natural environment. Photo opportunities abound in this stunning ecosystem! 

Next, head over to Wind Cave, known for its cool breeze and intriguing rock formations, while learning about its history and geology. 

Enjoy a local lunch before heading to the nearby Paku Rock Maze Garden, home to unique rock formations and lush greenery. 

Make your way to the Siniawan Chinese Heritage Bazaar, held every weekend on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Stroll through historic streets, visit old shophouses, and admire the stunning architecture. 

Take photos while you enjoy the scenic views at the Siniawan Jetty. 

Visit the local Chinese Temple to learn about Chinese religious practices and architectural styles. 

Explore stalls offering a variety of local foods, including Chinese, Malay, and indigenous dishes like barbecued meats, dumplings, and noodles. 

19:00 Hrs: Transfer 45 minutes to your Kuching hotel, carrying all your memories of markets, caves, and gardens along with you – your tour ends here.

    • Minimum 2 pax required to make a booking. 
    • If you are booking for 1 adult and 1 child, the charges will be calculated based on the rate for 2 adults. 
    • In other circumstances, children aged between 3 and 12 years old will be charged 50% of the adult rate. 
    • Infants aged 2 years and below can participate free of charge. 
    • An additional surcharge applies for pick-ups and drop-offs in the Damai area. 
  • This package is based on join-in basis of shared guide and transport vehicle.  Private Guide or Tour is available upon request at a reasonable fee. Please inform us when making the bookings.
