Peak season surcharge applies on public holidays including Chinese New Year, Hari Raya Aidilfitri, and Christmas.
Deep Sea Fishing Booking Policy:
Maximum 10 passengers in each boat. Groups larger than 10 will be split up into separate boats.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing, either via email or text message. Cancellations made solely by phone will not be accepted. This ensures clear communication and prevents any misunderstandings, such as double bookings or incorrect date/time changes.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled charter or failure to show up on the day will result in a charge of 100% of the charter fee.
In the event of heavy rain or high winds, postponement options are available.
We kindly ask that you provide sufficient notice to allow us to re-book the date, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Effective as of 1st September 2017, the Tourism and Culture Ministry of Malaysia will be implementing a Malaysian Tourism Tax (TTx). Foreign tourists will be required to pay a flat rate of MYR 10 per room per night regardless of accommodation star level. The TTx is to be paid upon check-in. Malaysians or permanent residents residing in Malaysia are exempted from TTx and is required to present a valid identification upon check-in for the exemption.
