• For Shun Shun Water Bungalow:
  • Check-in time is at 14:00 Hrs, and check-out time is at 10:00 Hrs.  
  • Upon check-in, the receptionist will collect a security deposit of RM200 per room at the front desk.  
  • For guests wishing to partake in snorkeling and swimming activities around the resort area, there is a fee of RM50 per person for the rental of a life jacket, mask, and snorkel. 
  • Any loss or damage to the equipment will incur a charge of RM100. Complimentary use of a glass-bottom kayak is available. 
  • Boat transfers from Semporna Seafest Jetty to Shun Shun Water Bungalow are scheduled at 12:30 Hrs, 14:30 Hrs, and 17:30 Hrs. 
  • Departures from Shun Shun Water Bungalow to Semporna Seafest Jetty are at 08:00 Hrs, 10:00 Hrs, 14:00 Hrs, and 16:00 Hrs. 
  • Guests who are unable to follow the scheduled boat transfers will be subject to an additional charge of RM100 for each requested boat transfer in either direction. 
• For Bohey Dulang Hike:
  • Kindly prepare RM50 in cash to cover the Ranger Fee at Bohey Dulang. This fee applies to groups of 1-6 pax. 
  • Sneakers or hiking boots are COMPULSORY for hiking. Sandals, flip-flops, and croc slippers are strictly not allowed. Sabah Parks has the right to ban hikers with improper shoewear. 
  • The shoe rental kiosk is no longer operating, so please remember to bring your own shoes.
  • In case of rain and the cancellation of the Bohey Dulang hiking, we will swap the activity to a snorkeling session.
  • Due to the limited number of rangers available, the waiting time can be 1-2 hours, depending on the time it took for the other groups to return to the foothill.
  • Children below 6 years old are not allowed to join the hiking activity.
  • Please be ready at the boat departure point at 08:00 Hrs. 
• Boat journey to the Island(s) may not be suitable for individuals who have any of the following conditions but not limited to: heart or lung conditions, recent surgery, back or spinal surgery, back problems/injury/fracture, arthritis, osteoporosis or other similar spinal/pelvic diseases.   
• Pregnant women are also not recommended as the boat ride may be bumpy depending on the sea condition. If you are having similar issues as above, kindly consult your physician before you enroll in this activity.  
• Please do not bring valuables, as there are no lockers on the islands.  
• Be a responsible snorkeler to protect our marine ecosystem.  
  • If we deem your snorkeling skills or attitude may bring harm to the marine life or other guests, the crew has the right to stop you from participating in this activity.  
  • It is strictly prohibited to remove, pick up, step on, or destroy any marine life during the trip.  
  • Follow the crew's instructions and do not snorkel separately from the group. Failure to do so will result in the crew stopping you from participating in the activity and no refunds will be made. 

• You will be responsible for obtaining your own visas to enter Sabah. 
• Flights to and from Semporna will be at your own arrangement. Contact our Tour Consultants if you need assistance. 
• You are strongly recommended to have your own personal travel insurance while traveling, to ensure a peace of mind. 
• Your safety is our top priority. Should the weather or sea conditions render it unsafe to proceed for this tour, Amazing Borneo Tours reserves the right to change or cancel tour. 
• If an accident(s) were to occur during the trip, all customers must return to the dive centre together. No refunds or change of date will be made. 
• Departure time is approximate and varies from different hotels so please do reconfirm with our staffs. Please call the relevant telephone number as stated on the voucher before making alternative arrangements. 
• Amazing Borneo Tours reserves the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries and accommodation reserved should conditions beyond our control render it necessary. 
• Amazing Borneo Tours will not be held responsible, or in any way liable, for property losses, personal losses, accidents, injury, or death for any reason whatsoever, whether through any activities booked through us, or caused to you by third parties. 
• Tipping is like giving a hug. Although it’s never expected, it’s always very much appreciated. 
• The sequence of the tour itinerary is subject to modification without prior notice for the island visit.

Peak Season Surcharges

• Peak Season surcharges of an additional RM 50 per person is applicable. Please check with our tour consultant for the peak season dates.

• Your belongings may get wet. You can bring along waterproof bags such as dry bags or plastic bags to keep your belongings nice and dry. 
• Before going out for some fun in the sun, you may bring along some environmental-friendly SPF50 sunscreen and an umbrella to shield you from the sun.
