- Chargeable extra person is entitled for 1 rollaway bed, daily breakfast, return board transfer and jetty fee.
- First Child 0 - 11 years stays free when sharing the same room with adults without supplement of extra bed and up to a maximum of 1 child only.
- Second child will be charged accordingly for extra rollaway bed, which is inclusive of breakfast.

Scheduled Arrival and Departure Speed Boat Transfers from/to Jesselton Point (JP) Jetty are included in the nightly room rate, and boat schedules are as follows:-

A charter boat rate will be applied if guest(s) require a private boat transfer.
* Kindly be reminded that the resort will not guarantee villa availability for early arrival before the standard check-in time at 13:30 Hrs. Guest(s) are recommended to purchase a night in advance should they wish to guarantee their villa for early check-in.
2) Check-Out
- For any check-out before 09:00 Hrs or after 11:00 Hrs due to flight/tour departure time, a fee of MYR50 nett per person (adult/child) will be charged for a non-private boat transfer. A charter boat rate will be applied if guest(s) require a private boat transfer.
- For any guest(s) who wish to leave the resort later than 11:00 Hrs WITHOUT retaining their villa, a fee of MYR50 nett per person will be charged, and non-private scheduled departure boats will be at either 13:00 Hrs or 16:00 Hrs. Kindly be informed that all the above scheduled and non-scheduled boat transfers are required to be PRE-BOOKED at least 7-DAYS in advance. Any last-minute requests are subject to boat availability and may consequently cause a delay to your trip or flight, and the resort shall not be held liable for this delay.
