Welcome to Kota Kinabalu! We will pick you up from Kota Kinabalu International Airport and check in to your hotel.

After lunch, you will be briefed on your first activity, Amazing Race — an exciting team-building activity exploring the city's hidden lanes. Teams solve clues and puzzles to unlock a mysterious final destination. 

Afterwards, visit the Universiti Malaysia Sabah Campus for a guided tour that includes the Marine Aquarium & Museum and Pink Mosque — all located on campus! 

Return to the hotel after dinner for overnight rest. 

After breakfast, your day begins with a transfer to Tamparuli Town, visiting Bijan Cafe & Guesthouse and the iconic Jambatan Tamparuli suspension bridge next door. 

Explore Tamparuli Tamu & Market with a local ingredient scavenger hunt, where students are given a shopping list with photos attached to local words. 

Next, bring your ingredients over to a cooking class where students are tasked with preparing local traditional favourites: Karipap Pusing, Kerabu Local Salad, and Nasi Linopot. 

Enjoy local dance performances and a woodcut art demo, taking home crafted souvenirs. 

After lunch, head to Tanjung Aru Beach for stand-up paddleboarding and to catch the sunset.  Fun fact: the Tanjung Aru sunset is often said to be one of the best sunsets in the world! 

After dinner at a local restaurant, transfer back to your hotel for the night. 

After breakfast, you will be brought to Kiulu for a Whitewater Rafting adventure in Grade I & II rapids, which are considered relatively calm and easy to maneuver for beginners. 

After lunch, make your way to a local village school in Kiulu to engage in community service, assisting with various educational activities regarding language, arts, music, sports, and native customs. 

End your day with an outdoor BBQ dinner before returning to your hotel for the night. 

Start your day with a transfer to Mesilau, Kundasang, enjoying a packed breakfast along the way. 

Embark on a trek up Maragang Hill, with stunning panoramic views awaiting you at the top. 

Upon descent, make your way to Desa Cow Farm as you have your packed lunch. 

At Desa Cow Farm, students have a chance to feed the calves, observe the milking process, and taste fresh dairy products: milk, yogurt, and gelato in various flavours. 

Next, head over to Kinabalu UNESCO Global Geopark for a guided tour of the Botanical Garden.  The geopark is home to over 4,500 species of flora and fauna, many of which are endemic to the region. 

Before leaving the geopark, make a stop at the Natural History Gallery to learn more about the history, ethnography, and geology of the geopark. 

Return to Kota Kinabalu for dinner and overnight rest.

Start your day early with a hearty breakfast, then meet your friendly guides in the hotel lobby. From there, you’ll head to the jetty where the adventure begins.

Hop on the boat for a 20-minute ride to Sapi Island, where you can soak up the sun, take a swim in the clear waters, and relax on the soft sandy beach.

After enjoying Sapi Island, hop back on the speedboat for a quick transfer to Manukan Island. Enjoy a delicious lunch at Manukan Island Resort before exploring the island. 

Take a boat back to the mainland and transfer to Tanjung Aru Marine Ecosystem Centre for an educational talk and interactive workshop. Here, you will have the chance to interact with super worms, tarantulas, scorpions, cockroaches, rats, and more, and participate in a workshop utilising waste to create insect capsules. If time is on your side, you may also have a chance to visit their recycling centre. 

After dinner and a dance performance, it is time to return to your hotel to pack up and check out.
