OVERVIEW OF TOUR

This 4-day, 3-night package is the ideal tour for travellers looking to experience Kuching, Sarawak to the fullest with a fun mix of cultural immersion and nature exploration. 

You can discover more about some of Kuching's historical details while also taking in the city's stunning urban aesthetic, which embraces both contemporary designs and the city's traditional attractions. In the city, you will be paying a visit to several tourist hotspots, including the White Cat Statue, Old Court House, Post Office, Square Tower, and Tua Pek Kong Temple. 

Not too far from the city, you will be treated to picturesque vistas of both the thick rainforest and the stunning seaside surroundings at Bako National Park. The national park is the oldest national park in Sarawak and one of the smallest in Southeast Asia, offering a diverse array of plant and wildlife species thanks to the distinct ecosystems. The variety of nature hikes available will delight anyone who enjoys being surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. And over at the coastal side, the beaches are a favourite among individuals who seek to relax by the water. 

You'll also make a visit to the Semenggoh Orangutan Rehabilitation Center, where you can see orangutans hanging around in a setting that closely resembles their natural habitat as they receive medical care and learn to live again in the wild. And before you leave Kuching, drop by the award-winning Sarawak Cultural Village living museum. Here, you will fully experience Sarawak's rich cultural diversity and the local tribes’ way of life. 

Sample Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival / Kuching City Tour

We will meet you at Kuching Airport before taking you on a guided tour of the city. 

Along the way, we will visit historical and intriguing sites, such as the White Cat Statue, Old Court House, Post Office, Square Tower, and Tua Pek Kong Temple. 

In the evening, you will head to Kuching Waterfront for a short boat trip, or "Tambang," across the river to your dining destination. 

After that, check into your hotel for some well-deserved rest before another exciting trip in Kuching the following day.

Day 2

Bako National Park

Another exciting tour awaits you! Following a delicious breakfast at the hotel, we will pick you up for a 30-minute drive to Bako Jetty. 

When you arrive at the jetty, there will be a short briefing session before you register and board the 30-minute boat ride to Bako National Park. 

You are free to perform your leisure hiking in the national park, where you can witness wild boars, silver leaf monkeys, long-tailed macaques, proboscis monkeys, and other fascinating animals. 

Following the tour, you will return to the jetty and travel back to your hotel, where you will be free to enjoy your own leisure activities.

Day 3

Semenggoh Wildlife Centre / Sarawak Cultural Village

After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, we will pick you up for a 45-minute drive to Semenggoh Wildlife Centre. 

When you arrive at the centre, you will ride the electric buggy to the feeding platform, taking in the beautiful jungle scenery along the way. 

Following the feeding show, enjoy a sumptuous local lunch. 

After your lunch, you will go on a one-hour drive to the Sarawak Cultural Village, where you will be introduced to the local traditions and lifestyles of Sarawak's seven major ethnic groups.  

Before the tour ends, you will be treated to an enjoyable cultural show in the Village Theatre. 

After the performance, you will return to your hotel for free and leisure time.

Departure or Extend Tour
