- Above rates are applicable for hiring between 07:00hrs - 22:00hrs. Extra hour charge be determined upon adhoc basis.
- For 2D1N Charter
- Above rates are applicable for maximum 8 hours driving time only. Extra hour charge be determined upon adhoc basis.
- Any side trips or requests not stipulated above are subject to request and additional charge.
- Vehicle charter is based on selected vehicle type with a driver only.
- Child below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Baby Car Seats (for infant aged 0-2) and Child Booster Seats (for children aged 3-11) are available for rental. Please check with your tour consultant for availability.
- Should you be unable to locate our representative or the appointed meeting place, please call the relevant telephone number stated on the voucher before making alternative arrangement.
- Amazing Borneo Tours reserves the right to alter routes, timetables and itineraries reserved should conditions beyond our control render it necessary.
- For all land transfers, the ground operator will make the arrangement in advance. Should you need to change the pickup time, please ensure the ground operator is informed at least 24 hours prior to your departure. The change request is subject to seat availability.

Choose from our small to large vans or variety of coach and bus charters. We will transport you on the best routes while you are with us, any size group anywhere, at a time that suits you.

Send in your booking. Once booking is confirmed, you will receive confirmation of availability within 1-2 business day. Once payment is received, we will send you the voucher via email. In the event that you do not receive a reply or voucher from us, please kindly check your Spam/Junk folder or email us.
- It is compulsory to hire a Licensed Tourist Guide for every Tour Bus chartered under the MOTAC/Authorities act. Tour vans holding 7 persons or more also require an accompanying Licensed Tourist Guide. Our company will not be responsible for any penalty imposed for any violation of such Act.
- Tour Guide services are available as below:
- Non-Overnight Tour Guide Services (within KK City area or Kundasang Day Trip)
** Meals of guide and driver to be covered by charterer during charter period.- MYR 250 per Local Licensed Guide (Per Day)
- Overnight Tour Guide Services (2D1N Tour)
**Meals & Accommodation of guide and driver to be covered by charterer during charter period.- MYR 600 per Local Licensed Guide (Overnight 2D1N Tour)

- All Meals of driver and tour guide have to be provided by charterer during charter period.
- Vehicle charter rates is applicable for rental/hire time between 07:00 - 22:00 hrs daily. Overnight and extra hour charges are subject to additional charges. and determined on ad hoc basis.
- For overnight charter, accommodation and meals for driver and tour guide have to be provided by charterer during charter period.
- Charter rates are based on destinations within Kota Kinabalu region. Outskirt destinations are subject to surcharges and availability at the time of booking.
- 50% Midnight Surcharge rates is applicable for transfers between 22:00 - 07:00 hrs daily.
- 50% Peak Season Surcharge is applicable for festive season.
- Before placing bookings, do take into account your luggage size due to limited space available based on the type of vehicle.
- The stated maximum capacity per vehicle is based on the number of persons a vehicle can accommodate excluding luggage. For your comfort, we would recommend you to book a larger vehicle if you are bringing bigger than recommended luggage size with you.
