Desa Cattle Dairy Farm (Admission Ticket)
OVERVIEW
Desa Cow Farm is the home of the local Desa milk brand and the farm is popular with both locals and tourists, and it's not hard to see why! With a breathtaking view of the majestic Mount Kinabalu overlooking verdant pastures, it's no wonder it's named 'The Little New Zealand' of Sabah. The main attraction here is the cow farm, where families can come to partake in recreational and educational activities such as feeding the calves and goats, as well as understand the milking process all the way to how it is used to make the final product.
SAFE TRAVEL
- Intending visitors must have completed 2 or more doses of approved vaccines against Covid-19. Visitors will be required to show vaccination certificate at the main entrance.
- Visitors MUST follow all visiting SOP and practices provided throughout their visiting hours in Desa Dairy Farm:
- To wear face mask all time throughout the visiting hours
- To practice self-hygiene and utilizing provided hand sanitizer facility
- To obligate social distancing SOP all time throughout the visiting hours
- Some areas and facilities might be closed temporarily without prior notice due to security and safety reasons.
- Some areas and facilities especially inside kiosk main building will be subject to total entry limitation to ensure full compliance of COVID19 prevention SOP.
- Visitors MUST comply with all Desa Dairy Farm’s SOP as part of the management’s initiative in ensuring security and safety of all visitors and our farm as a whole.
- As a precautionary measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19, with immediate effect, all visitors booking the Desa Dairy Farm entrance ticket are required to agree and adhere to the following health declaration:
- I WILL NOT enter Desa Dairy Farm if I do show or appear to exhibit any symptoms of respiratory nature such as fever, flu, difficulty in breathing, sore throat, loss of taste or any other symptoms suggestive of Covid 19 within 14 days prior to my proposed visit.
- I WILL NOT enter Desa Dairy Farm if I have had any direct contact with any Covid 19 patients/PUIs/in-contacts within 14 days prior to my visiting day.
- I WILL NOT enter Desa Dairy Farm if any immediate members of my family residing in the same premise/household has direct contact with COVID-19/PUI patient within 14 days prior to my visiting day.
- I will NOT enter Desa Dairy Farm if I plan to/have traveled overseas or to any unapproved travel zones within 14 days prior to my visiting day.
- I have completed 2 or more doses of COVID19 vaccination 14 days prior to my visit to Desa Dairy Farm / I'm child under 12 yet to received my COVID19 vaccination.
- I fully understand and agree to abide by all Standard Operating Procedeures [SOPs] and Terms & Conditions set by Desa Dairy Farm for the purpose of the intended visit.

Visitors will receive the booking confirmation slip with QR code (PDF) after completing booking with successful payment. The slip will be required to be shown to Desa Dairy Farm ticketing staff upon arrival at the main entrance gate for verification, body temperature check/scan and MySejahtera registration.
Price Structure Breakdown
- Adult: RM8 (Includes RM5 entrance fee, RM3 SabahTravel.com service, coordination & online payment fees)
- Child (Age 7-12): RM7 (Includes RM4 entrance fee, RM3 SabahTravel.com service, coordination & online payment fees)
- Child (Age Below 7): RM3 (Includes FOC entrance fee, RM3 SabahTravel.com service, processing & online payment fees)
- Disabled (OKU): RM3 (Includes FOC entrance fee, RM3 SabahTravel.com service, processing & online payment fees)
- Visits to the Desa Dairy Farm between 01 February - 31 March 2022 will be limited to two sessions daily comprising 1000 visitors each session as follows:
- Morning Session (8:30AM - 12:30PM)
- Afternoon Session (1:00PM - 5:00PM)
- Effective 01 April onwards, Visits to the Desa Dairy Farm will be limited to three sessions daily comprising 800 visitors each session as follows:
- Morning Session (8:00AM - 11:00AM)
- Noon Session (11:00AM - 2:00PM)
- Afternoon Session (2:00PM - 5:00PM)
- Intended visitors for any confirmed ticket cannot be replaced. Violation of this may result in entry being denied.
- No walk-in visitors will be entertained if total booking or entry for respective session has reached limit.
- Child rate is applicable based on the year of birth, not the birthday month.
- Any late arrival exceeding the session limit will not be entertained and will not be allowed entry.
- Visitors MUST comply with visiting session limit. No extension of visiting time will be given for late arrivals/entry due to the fault of the visitors.
- Cancellation of visit after ticket have been confirmed will not be entertained.
- Rescheduling of visits are allowed for ONE TIME ONLY at least 3 DAYS PRIOR to initial date of visit registered.
- Only change of date allowed during rescheduling. No changes allowed for other detail including guest’s details.
- Visitors MUST be self-prepared for any possibilities of bad weather including to bring own umbrella or rain coat.
- Visitors are not allowed to take shelter inside the main building once number of visitors in the premise have reached entry quota limit. Visitors for subsequent visiting sessions are STRICTLY advised to remain in their own transportation to avoid mass crowding.
- Visitors are STRICTLY advised to take shelter in own vehicle to avoid mass crowding at one place.
- There shall be no last minute rescheduling allowed due to inclement / bad weather.
- There shall be no extension of visiting session caused by inclement weather conditions.
- Please double check your details and date before proceed with the reservation as once booking has been confirmed. No amendment/ replacement of names and dates is allowed once the booking is made.
