The Miss Tourism Sabah pageant returns to Sabah after a 10-year hiatus. As a way of giving the pageant a warm welcome back and as an initiative to promote tourism in Sabah, Amazing Borneo Tours & Events has offered to become one of the sponsors for the event. It is hoped that this initiative will help revive Sabah’s image as one of the best nature tourism destinations in the world following the harrowing magnitude 5.9 earthquake that hit Sabah recently.

For the first time in 10 years, Sabah is once again organizing the Miss Sabah Tourism 2015 pageant in order to select the right representative to represent Sabah in the Miss Malaysia Tourism 2015 National Grand Finals.

If you’re an adventure lover or someone who simply enjoys watersport and nature, then white water rafting ought is the one to scratch on your bucket list. Depending on the level of adventure that you crave and your time allocation, you can choose between Kiulu white water rafting (level 1-2; reads: super easy to easy) or Padas white water rafting (level 3-4; reads: medium to hard). For beginner white water rafters who are just testing the waters (no pun intended), Kiulu white water rafting is recommended.

Sepilok has been long known to be the place to go if you want to see orang utans in their habitat. But what if you’re only in Kota Kinabalu for a couple of days and have no time to spend for an excursion to Sepilok, which is located all the way in Sandakan?
