Creating travel content around Sabah, Sarawak or elsewhere in Malaysia? We’d love to discover your work and help more travellers see it.

Amazing Borneo is inviting travellers, photographers, videographers, bloggers and content creators to submit original Malaysia travel content for a chance to be featured across our website and social media channels.

From Mount Kinabalu climbs and wildlife encounters to island escapes, local food, culture and lesser-known places, we want to showcase Malaysia through the people who experience it first-hand.

If your content is selected, you will always be credited, with a tag or link to your original account, website or content source where possible.

What Travel Content Can You Submit?

We are primarily looking for authentic social media content that inspires, informs or helps travellers discover Malaysia, including:

Travel photos, videos, Reels and other short-form content
First-hand travel experiences and personal stories
Destination guides, travel tips and recommendations
Blog articles about Sabah, Sarawak and destinations across Malaysia

Content can cover everything from nature, wildlife, islands and outdoor adventures to food, culture, local communities and hidden gems.

You do not need to be a full-time creator or have a large following. What matters most is that the content is original, relevant and offers a genuine perspective on travelling in Malaysia.

What Happens If Your Content is Selected?

All submissions are reviewed based on their relevance, quality and suitability for Amazing Borneo’s current website and social media needs. Submission does not guarantee publication.

If your content is selected:

You’ll always be credited when your content is featured, with a tag or link to your original account, website or content source where possible.
Your content may be featured or reposted across Amazing Borneo’s official social media channels, website or editorial content.
Blog articles may be republished on Amazing Borneo with creator attribution and a link back to the original source.
We’ll ask separately for permission if we would like to use your content beyond these creator or editorial features, such as on a product page, in paid advertising or other marketing materials.

By submitting content for consideration, you confirm that you are the creator or have the necessary rights to share it with us, and give Amazing Borneo permission to feature, repost or republish the submitted content as described above.
