Given the unprecedented impact of COVID-19 and the recent “restricted movement order” updated by Malaysia Government on 10 April 2020, Amazing Borneo Tours has suspended our tour services during the lockdown period of 18 March 2020 - 9 June 2020.
We are contacting all guests whose tours are impacted during this tour suspension period to offer suitable alternatives for their travel plans.
How it works
Tours departing from 18 March 2020 to 9 June 2020
If you have reservations booked on or before 18 March 2020, we are now offering postponement to a later tour date between 10 June 2020 - 30 December 2021 using the same promotional rate. There will be no extra charges nor price increment.
If you choose to cancel your tour plans, you will receive a credit of monies paid that you can use towards an alternative tour with a departure date before 30 December 2021.
Tours departing from 10 June 2020 onwards
If you choose to postpone your tour departing from 10 June 2020 onwards, you may select a later date until 30 December 2021. Postponement charges may apply.
If you choose to cancel your tour departing from 10 June 2020 onwards, the standard Terms & Cancellation policy upon your time of booking will apply.
