All reservation MUST provide the following information: Name as per passport, Passport Number, Nationality, Gender & Flight details
Failure to provide flight details 7 days before arrival may incur fines by the resort due to last minute arrangement.
Package Excludes: Diving equipments & gears, alcoholic drinks, laundry, room service, airfares and item not mentioned or specified in the packages
After commencement of service, no refund, in part or full, will be given for services included in the package which have not been utilized
Weather conditions: We cannot predict the weather conditions these days for scuba diving even for the best season
All types of activities being offered by the company on the island especially dive activities are subjects to bad sea, weather conditions / poor visibility and also divers’ own physical abilities (eg. Injuries, intoxification, hangover, etc). Therefore, the dive centre reserves the final decision and rights to either proceed or abort any activities / dives for any safety reasons.
If the room consists of only one adult and one child, the room charges shall be based on 2 adults price.
No combination of package is allowed (e.g. 02 nights of dive package plus 01 night of non-dive packages).

Tipping is like giving a hug. Although it’s never expected, it’s always very much appreciated.
