Start your exciting day tour with a convenient pick-up from your hotel lobby in Kuching or the airport, then take a scenic 2-hour drive through beautiful landscapes to reach a small Bidayuh village near the Indonesian border.
Upon arrival, you’ll meet a local guide from the community, who will lead you on a roughly 1 hour and 15-minute hike to Silabur Cave, known locally as 'Lobang Batu' (Malay for 'rock hole').
The final 30 to 40 minutes of the hike becomes a bit steeper, but the reward is well worth it. Once inside the cave, as your eyes adjust to the dim light, you’ll be captivated by the shimmering jade-like surfaces of the walls, displaying stunning hues of green, blue, and purple.
As you venture further into the cave, its immense size and limestone formations will leave you in awe.
After your exploration, head back to the village and return to your hotel in Kuching, with an estimated arrival of 17:00 Hrs – your tour ends here.
