Day 1 - Cycling - Kota Kinabalu Easy Ride

Explore the KK City on Two-Wheels!
Meet and greet at your hotel lobby, start your cycle through the leafy street-scapes towards the KK Waterfront where the coast ties itself to the city.
Shimmy through the handicraft market, the city’s wet market as well as the fruit stalls offering all the tropical fruits that sweetens the smiles of locals. A quick walk-a-bout with your guide through the market for you to get acquainted with the local produce.
Back on your bike and venture out to the historical wonders that lace the city, where you will soon realize the colonial hangover that envelopes ‘Jesselton Town’, what Kota Kinabalu was previously known as during the colonial period.
More scenic splendors as you cycling pass the famous Atkinson Clock Tower and the first ever Post Office, both of which survived the war and still functioning to this very day.A gradual up-hill cycle will lead you to Signal Hill, where lush green paths opens up to a viewing tower offering you a bird’s eye view of KK City.
Thereafter, enjoy an easy ride back to your hotel. End of Tour.

Baby Car Seats (for infant aged 0-2) and Child Booster Seats (for children aged 3-11) are available for rental. Please check with your tour consultant for availability.
Participants must have basic biking skills, physically fit and be prepared for physical exertion during the bike ride。
Participants must be at least at least 8 years old.
If a child can't cycle on his/her own, fret not. We are able to provide tandem bike attachment for the kids to the adult bicycle. The child’s height has to be between 125 -136 cm tall and no weight specification required. Note that tandem bikes are subject to availability and it is limited from time to time.
Participants must provide height and weight upon reservation because all bicycles will be adjusted to fit the cyclist comfortably before the start of tour.
Maximum group size is 40 persons at one time for safety reasons.
Whilst cycling, if at any time you feel unwell, or need a rest please inform your biking guide immediately
The bike guides are all trained in first aid and carry comprehensive first aid kits.
We strongly recommend you to take the morning departure for this tour due to weather conditions such as light rain in the late afternoon.

This package is based on join-in basis of shared guide and transport vehicle. Private Guide or Tour is available upon request at a reasonable fee. Please inform us when making the bookings.
