Previously known as Nexus Resort Karambunai Villas and Suites, this property consists of individually owned Pool Villas and Spa Suites now leased and managed by Borneo Beach Villas. Pool Villas come with a two (2) or three (3) bedroom option, while Spa Suites (apartments with lift) are either one (1) or two (2) bedrooms. All units feature a pavilion/balcony . A self-catering service apartment concept, all units provide spacious, luxuriously furnished and comfortable bedrooms, living room, dining area, two separate bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Individual Jacuzzis are a standard feature with a Steam Bath for Spa Suites and a Private Lap Pool in every Pool Villa.

SPA SUITE

Spa Suites (apartments with lift) come with one (1) or two (2) bedrooms. All Spa Suites feature their own private balcony.

All units provide spacious, luxuriously furnished and comfortable bedrooms, a living room, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Each unit comes with a bathroom and an en-suite. Each en-suite comes with a jacuzzi bath tub and a private steam bath.

POOL VILLA

Pool Villas come with a two (2) or three (3) bedroom option. All villas feature their own private backyard pavilion.

All units provide spacious, luxuriously furnished and comfortable bedrooms, a living room, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Each unit comes with a bathroom and en-suite. Individual Jacuzzi and a private lap pool are standard features in every villa.

Each suite and villas has its own kitchen that is fully equipped with electronic stove, microwave oven, refrigerator (with freezer), electric kettle, pots and pans, utensils and cutleries.

“Do It Yourself” BBQ or Steamboat set is available upon request with minimum charges (Only allow at Pool Villas and Cafe).
