Day 1 - Kota Kinabalu / North Borneo Cruises - Sunset Dinner Cruise

Upon your arrival at Kota Kinabalu International Airport, our local guide will warmly welcome you and accompany you to check-in at the 5-star hotel. 

At 16:45 hrs, prepare for an enchanting experience as you're transferred to Sutera Marina Jetty to embark on the North Borneo Cruises - Sunset Dinner Cruise. 

As dusk settles in, glide across the tranquil waters, admiring the picturesque islands and charming water villages scattered along Sabah's west coast. Delight in an exquisite international buffet dinner aboard the cruise, ensuring a memorable evening. 

Upon disembarking, return to your hotel for a restful night.

Day 2 - Beautiful Twin Island Hopping OR Klias Wildlife River Cruise

Meet at the hotel lobby post-breakfast for transfer to the jetty. 

Upon arrival at the jetty, embark on a brief 20-minute boat ride to our first stop, Sapi Island! 

Bask in the sunshine, take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear waters, sink your toes into the warm sand, and immerse yourself in the serene ambience of the island. 

Hop onto a speedboat next, which will transport you to Manukan Island, where the fun and relaxation persist. 

Indulge in a buffet lunch set against the pristine beach, and afterwards, explore the island at your leisure or continue participating in various sea sports activities. 

Return to the hotel and enjoy the remainder of the day at your own leisure. 

 

IF you choose Klias Wildlife River Cruise 

You'll be picked up from the hotel lobby, commencing a picturesque 2-hour journey. 

Upon arrival at the jetty, indulge in local high tea favourites before embarking on your safari river cruise. 

Cruise along the Klias River in an open boat, keeping a keen eye out for the elusive long-nosed proboscis monkey, long-tailed macaques, and various bird species, including Kingfishers, darters, and eagles. 

Following the exhilarating river cruise, relish a delightful dinner by the river lodge. Afterwards, re-board the boat for a mesmerizing display of nature's Christmas lights—the fireflies! Depending on weather conditions, you might even catch sight of nocturnal animals like the flying fox and night bats. 

Conclude your experience and depart for Kota Kinabalu, transferring back to your hotel.

Day 3 - Kota Kinabalu / Tamparuli Town / Nabalu Market / Kinabalu National Park / Kundasang Market / Kundasang

Begin your journey with a pickup from the hotel lobby, delving into Sabah's verdant countryside with stops to savour local culinary treats, peruse handcrafted souvenirs, and relish exotic fruits. 

Immerse yourself in the stunning landscapes on your 30-minute drive to Tamparuli Town, where you can stroll across the iconic Tamparuli suspension bridge. 

Continue along scenic mountain roads for an additional hour, arriving at the Nabalu Handicraft Market, nestled on a hillside. This bustling spot showcases locally grown produce, an array of fruits, vegetables, and unique handcrafted souvenirs. Take a quick detour to the nearby viewing platform for a breathtaking panorama of Mount Kinabalu. 

The journey continues at Kinabalu National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and part of the Kinabalu UNESCO Global Geopark, situated 1,500 meters above sea level. Behold the majestic Mount Kinabalu, Southeast Asia's towering peak, adorned in clouds and surrounded by awe-inspiring valleys. Explore the park's botanical wonders, boasting 4,500 plant species, including 1,500 orchid varieties exclusive to this area. Take a guided stroll through the Botanical Garden, a haven for nature enthusiasts housing 289 bird species and an impressive 290 types of butterflies. 

Relish a delightful lunch at a restaurant within Kinabalu Park before visiting Kundasang Market and settling into your mountain resort. 

Take leisurely moments to explore the serene surroundings at your own pace, soaking in the tranquillity.

Day 4 - Desa Cow Farm / Alpaca Club / Kundasang Farm Ville / Kota Kinabalu

On the second day of your adventure, wake up to a misty morning unveiling breathtaking views of a sunlit Mount Kinabalu. 

Your day kicks off with a visit to Desa Cow Farm. En route, witness the scenery behind you transform into lush green landscapes, signalling your arrival at the 199-hectare Desa Cattle Farm nestled on Mount Kinabalu's foothills. 

The farm's expansive vistas provide a stunning backdrop for visitors. Get up close to the cattle, bottle-feed the adorable calves, and relish fresh dairy products like milk, yoghurt, or gelato in a variety of delightful flavours! 

Next, venture to the Alpaca Club, Sabah's exclusive alpaca farm! These charming alpacas, known for their soft fleece and amiable nature, eagerly await your arrival. Hand-feed these adorable creatures and capture close-up photos for everlasting memories. 

Continue your excursion to the Kundasang Farm Ville, a new attraction adjacent to the dairy farm. Discover an aquaponic farm, a selfie garden adorned with beautiful decorations, an enticing ice cream bus, and a cosy café. 

Savour lunch at a local restaurant before departing for your hotel in Kota Kinabalu City, wrapping up an eventful and delightful day of exploration.

Foreign tourists will be required to pay a flat rate of MYR 10 per room per night regardless of accommodation star level. The TTx is to be paid upon check-in. Malaysians or permanent residents residing in Malaysia are exempted from TTx and is required to present a valid identification upon check-in for the exemption. 
  • Tipping is like giving a hug. Although it’s never expected, it’s always very much appreciated.
  • Baby Car Seats (for infants aged 0-2) and Child Booster Seats (for children aged 3-11) are available for rental. Please check with your tour consultant for availability. 
  • Please do not bring valuables as there are no lockers on the islands. 
  • The boat journey to the Island may not be suitable for individuals who have any of the following conditions but not limited to heart or lung conditions, recent surgery, back or spinal surgery, back problems/injury/fracture, arthritis, osteoporosis or other similar spinal/pelvic diseases. Pregnant women are also not recommended as the boat ride may be bumpy depending on the sea condition. If you are having similar issues as above, kindly consult your physician before you enrol in this activity.  
  • We will not know when the jelly fish season is as it varies. Usually, it occurs during mid of the year or/and end of the year. Just be extra careful and inform our guides should you be bitten. Our guides are first aid trained. 
  • Jelly bugs are common in the waters, but they are usually harmless, and it will just cause some slight itch. 
  • The two islands that you will be hopping to are Manukan Island and Sapi Island. Occasionally, we may change one of the islands to Mamutik Island. It depends on the crowd, water, jetty and or logistics situations, and this will be decided by our experienced operation team.  
  • If you opt for Klias river cruise, binoculars can be rented with MYR 10 per set but subject to availability. You are advised to bring your own binoculars to visually enhance your experience of viewing Borneo's endemic wildlife in their natural habitat. 
  • Kinabalu Park is at a high altitude, approximately 1,500 meters above sea level, you may bring a sweater with you as it can get a little chilly up there. 
  • The standard check-in and check-out times for most hotels & resorts are 1400Hrs & 1200Hrs. However, check-in & check-out times may vary depending on each accommodation. So, kindly check with us to get accurate check-in & check-out times for your accommodation.
