JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Escorting and providing accurate information regarding the places interest to the guests.
• Regards guests' safety and their best interest as top priority.
• To provide the best and unforgettable experience to the guests during their holiday in a professional and humorous ways.
• Take full responsibilities of the guests’ tour arrangements including meals, hotel check in/out, luggage handling etc.

Authorities

• To decide the timing and arrangement of the tours for the best interest of the guests.

Requirements

• Licensed Tour Guide from Ministry Of Tourism.
• SPM with at least 3 years' experience in guiding.
• Fluent in Chinese, and other languages as added advantage.
• Positive and guest oriented attitude.
• Possess good time management and organization skill.
• Have a strong belief in "Great Teamwork create Great result".

Working Hours
Flexible and depending on tour assignments. Entitle for 4 days off in a month.
