JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
Selling local Tourism products to the Hotel guests
Communicate and maintain a healthy relationship with walk- in guests.
Resolves all inquiries from guests and ensures customer satisfaction,
Preparing invoices and Debit notes for closed sales.
Monitoring and follow up the guests deposit payment.
Handling the walk in guests.
Supporting the Sales team in attaining sales targets.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Superior.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Hospitality /Tourism or equivalent.
Required language(s): Mandarin & English.
Well verse in Microsoft Words and Microsoft Excel.
Must be able to work on Shift and Public Holiday.
Positive attitude, great teamwork and fun personality are what we are looking for to work and be part of our Team.
Self-Motivated person and able to work independently.

9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
9.00am to 1.00pm (Saturday)
