JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
Ensure competent quality execution of all regular tour booking duties and administrative works.
Execution and monitoring of all regular tour booking duties.
Coordinate with Sales departments and suppliers in the tour booking scope of work for tours booked.
Assist in managing and following up tour booking orders.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure booking is in order.
Responsible for the preparation and process EOV and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
Assisting in managing the allotments of hotel room and climbing slot.
Respond to phone calls/emails in a timely and professional manner ensuring highest levels of service quality at all times.
Makes and confirms reservations for guest on scheduled date.
To advise suppliers of changes in booking or to cancel or confirm reservation.
Responsible to check all the invoices (Rate, Date, Activities & Room Type) before processing the payment.
Requirements
SPM with minimum 1 year experience in related field
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office application
Possess good time management and organization skill
Positive and people oriented attitude
Have a strong belief in "Great Teamwork create Great result".

9.00am to 1.00pm (Saturday)
