JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
Assisting guests in registration of Mountain climbing and accommodation in Kinabalu Park; preparing name tag and certificates for guests; briefing of guest.
Assisting in the selling of Oxygen Bar, T-Shirts and other merchandises.
Checking of inventory and preparing report.
Arranging accommodation and transportation for guests;
Arrange and appoint Mountain Guide for guests and assisting guests for porter services.
To provide professional customer services.
Assisting in the gathering with all the Mountain guides at least once a month.
Work closely with the Mountain Guides and assist in implementation of policies and procedures.
Assisting in consulting the Mountain guides’ well-being, welfare and performance.
Authorities
Make decision on the timing and vehicles arrangements departing Kinabalu Park during the absence of Operation Supervisor (Kinabalu Park).
Approval of freelance Mountain Guides to serve the guests.
Requirements
At least 2 years' experience in tourism industry.
Familiar with Kinabalu Park and mountain climb packages.
Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and local dialect.
Possess good time management and organization skill.
Positive and guests oriented attitude.
Have a strong belief in "Great Teamwork create Great result".
