The Marketing Manager reports to the Marketing Director and will support and improve the brand's presence through all marketing channels. The person in this role will help manage and execute marketing projects and campaigns while working across teams (Creative, IT, Marketing and Sales).

Responsibilities
- Management
- Manage marketing team’s human resource activities.
- Lead marketing department through coaching and developing of talents.
- Responsible for company’s overall marketing initiatives and administration.
- Marketing Initiatives
- Brain storm for ideas and directions for the marketing campaigns and collaterals.
- Propose new strategies for boosting enquiries.
- Manage and execute advertising or sponsorship opportunities.
- In-Charge of traditional media, prints and advertising plan.
- Plan, create, and oversee the design, content, and production of marketing materials.
- Work with third party digital agency to manage campaign performance and develop a testing plan to improve results.
- Quality Control for All Printed Materials
- Quality control on all printed marketing collaterals to internal and external clients.
- To co-ordinate the development of traditional media & prints in line with brand guidelines and sales strategy requirements.
- Ensure the functionality, efficiency & accuracy of the marketing collaterals are met.
- Work closely with Sales Department on pricing updates and products launches.
Academic, Experience & Skill Requirement
- Creative, energetic, positive thinking & result-oriented.
- Demonstrate good analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Familiar with social media, digital and online marketing.
- Able to work well under pressure in timely manner.
- Able to work independent and be a good team player.
- Candidate must possess at least diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
- At least three (3) years of working experience in Marketing field (preferable in tourism line)
