The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Marketing Director and will support and improve the online presence through all online channels and delivering the growth required in the online space. The person in this role will help manage and execute online digital marketing projects and campaigns while working across teams (Creative, Marketing and Sales).

JOB DESCRIPTION |
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and analyse regional marketing initiatives for all business units across all online and offline marketing channels.
- Plan, manage and execute all email marketing campaigns and initiate ways to support the growth requirements for the email database and utilise analytics to monitor, test and optimise all e-marketing activity.
- Manage all digital activity including display, PPC, SEO and social campaigns.
- Plan, manage and work closely with editors to execute all contents for social media posts, blogs and activity and initiate ways to support the growth requirements in the social space.
- Manage and optimise the design, content, layout and messaging strategies for home page banners, web site marketing landing pages.
- Manage the site performance through Google Analytics and implement changes to improve overall site performance in line with agreed KPI's.
- Work with the development team to ensure the best UX is implemented across the website.
- Identify, test and implement new tactics to improve conversion rates and customer loyalty.
- Work with third part digital agency to manage campaign performance and develop a testing plan to improve results.
- Brain storm for ideas and directions for the marketing campaigns and collaterals.
- Assist with research on special projects and new initiatives when needed.
- Assist in the strategy, building and launching of all future online initiatives from a marketing perspective.
- Responsible for generating online sales leads and awareness for all company business units.
- Work closely across teams (creative, marketing and sales).
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience working in an online/interactive marketing environment. Knowledge of paid search, social media, website/content management and landing page optimisation are critical to the role.
- Proficient in Digital Marketing
- A travel industry background would be a distinct advantage
- A Degree in Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with a strong background in online marketing
- Out of the box thinker who can handle a lot of responsibility but has a can do attitude
- Proactive approach to getting things done
- Team player who can also function well independently
- Skilled at juggling various responsibilities, prioritising, and thriving in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office application
- Knowledge of external marketing platforms and tools is a plus
- Possess supervisory, problem solving, strong interpersonal and communication skill
