JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• To drive tourist bus/coach/van for guests' trips or tours; must follow predetermined routes/venues to collect and drop off the guests.
• Responsible for the safety of guests and must observe all traffic laws.
• Check the bus/coach/van for safety inspection and to remind the office operation on vehicles maintenance.
• Maintain the daily mileage and route record in the log book.
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of interior and exterior of the bus/coach/van.
• Monitor the tour assignment movements of Senior Bus Captain / Captains.
• Work closely with the Captains and assist in implementation of policies and procedures.
• Consultation of Captains' well-being, welfare and performance.
• To hold meeting and gathering with all captains at least once a month.
• Intergrade and promote Amazing Borneo Tours Core Values, company culture and brand through all aspects of the organization.

Academic, Experience & Skill Requirement

• Possess driving license E and PSV.
• At least 2 years' driving experience in tourism industry.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Must have clean driving record.
• Positive and guests oriented attitude.
• Possess good time management and organization skill.
• Have a strong belief in "Great Teamwork create Great result".

Working Hours
Flexible and depending on tour assignments. Entitle for 4 days off in a month.
